Miss Groom will be hanging up her dancing shoes for the last time as she begins her retirement on Monday 22 November 2021. She wishes to thank all the teachers who have worked with her and the thousands of pupils she has trained in the 78 years she has run the school. It has been a joy and privilege to dance with you all for so many years.

In December 2019, NATD examinations took place in Ballet, Tap, Cabaret and Theatrical Awards. We are very proud to announce that 100% of our students gained the top mark of Distinction, with scores of 85% and above. Congratulations to all our pupils and teachers on receiving such brilliant results, we are so pleased your hard work has paid off.

In June 2019, IDTA Examinations took place in Ballet, Tap, Freestyle and Character Dance. We want to say a huge congratulations to all our pupils – every dancer was awarded the highest mark of Honours, with a minimum score of 85%. We are so proud of your hard work and we are thrilled with these results from such a prestigious exam board. Well done all!

Well done to all our pupils and teachers for reaching such high standards in these nationally recognised exams. We are so pleased with your hard work and dedication in achieving these results. On 26th June, 49 IDTA examinations took place in ballet, tap, freestyle and dance exercise. We are very proud to announce that 88% of our students gained the top mark of Honours, with the other 12% achieving Highly Commended. Congratulations to all our pupils and teachers, we are so pleased your hard work has paid off.

On 11th July, 51 IDTA examinations took place in ballet, tap, freestyle and dance exercise. We are thrilled that 76% of our students gained the top mark of Honours, with 30% achieving marks of 90 or above. Our teachers and pupils worked very hard for these awards, congratulations to everyone involved.
